Q: What currency are your prices in?

Our products are in Australian dollars $AUD


Q: What are your trading hours?

Online orders can be placed 24/7, and will be delivered on your selected date, or on the same day for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, and before 10am on Saturday.

Our store opening hours are: 

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Saturday, 8am - 5pm
Sunday, 9am - 5pm




Q: When do you deliver:

We deliver between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday, with pick up on Sunday.


Q: Can you deliver at a certain time?

We will try our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

For church or school deliveries that require orders to arrive by a certain time, please call us prior to confirm courier availability. There may be an additional charge for this service if we have to use a third party courier to deliver by your required time. 


Q: Can you let me know when my flowers have been delivered?

Absolutely, you will receive an email update notifying you of the status of your order, this is usually sent when your order has been delivered to the door.


Q: What if the recipient isn’t home?

Not a problem. You can request us to ring the recipient by leaving their number in the checkout notes, prior to delivery. We will ring them and arrange a suitable time or place to leave their flowers.

If we can’t contact the recipient, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place at the front or back door. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, such as an apartment complex, we will leave a calling card asking them to get in touch.

If this happens, you’ll receive an email notification of the order status. You can email or call us to re-arrange a time with the recipient, or they can pick up from our store if they wish. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


Q: What time do I have to place my order by for same day delivery?

Orders need to be placed by 12pm for same-day delivery Tuesday to Friday, and by 10am on Saturday. 


Q: I placed my order on Saturday, when will it be delivered?

Orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 10am on Saturday, will be delivered on Monday. 


Q: What is your delivery fee?

We offer FREE delivery for all orders sent to Kogarah. Just enter code KOGARAH at the checkout.

Our flat-rate fees are region-based, they are:

St George region $10

South-West Sydney $16

Sydney City, Inner West & Sutherland Shire $18

Eastern Suburbs $20

North Sydney $22


Q: What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

If we are notified of this prior to the flowers being delivered, we will simply deliver to the new address. There may be a small delivery fee, as delivery charges vary based on the suburb.

If the flowers have been delivered and we are notified afterwards of an incorrect address, we will attempt to retrieve the flowers. There will be a re-delivery fee to resend to the correct address. 

We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss if we cannot retrieve the flowers.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate details at the time of ordering - we want your flowers in the right hands :)

Q: How long will my flowers last?

We’ve had clients say their flowers lasted up to two weeks. We are renown for our long-lasting, quality flowers.

Most flowers last between 4-7 days. Australian native & tropical flowers tend to last longer. It is important to note however that flowers will react to their immediate environment. We recommend flowers are not placed in close proximity to heaters, air conditioners, or TVs, keeping them out of vehicles and out of direct sunlight, and that they receive proper flower care such as watering or cutting stems to assist in prolonging their life.


Q: Can you guarantee your products?

We pride ourselves on our first-class quality flowers, specially sourced for their freshness and longevity. Our clients are mostly repeat customers who are familiar with the Blooms & More ethos of long-lasting, beautiful designs.

If you believe your flowers are not up to our high standard, please call us within 24 hours. We ask that you send a photo of the flowers and we will attempt to resolve the experience for you & where possible, resend a beautiful bunch that meets yours - and our - expectations.


Q: I want to make changes to my order, can you help me?

Sure, if the flowers haven’t been made or dispatched, we can make changes. Call us (or email us if it’s after hours) and we’ll do our best to make the changes you want. We're here to help :)


Q: Will my order look the same as the picture?

We strive to exceed expectations. Our orders are designed to look as close as possible to what you see in the picture, if not bigger and better. While flowers are seasonal and we can’t always guarantee the availability of every breed year-round, if an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour and value to make it look as-good, if not, better.


Q: How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received this email, please call us.


Q: Who will prepare my order?

Our florists have the experience and passion to create beauty through flowers and gifting, under the guidance of our senior florist Sana, who has over 30 years’ experience in floral designs. Customers who know Sana always comment that she puts her heart into her work, she takes pride in bringing the gifting experience to the next level, and will most likely be the one putting the extra special touches on your order.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations received with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the deliver date can be refunded, however may incur a small processing fee. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit. We can however re-route the flowers and deliver to yourself or to an alternate address for a small re-delivery fee.


Q: Can I drop off my gifts for you to deliver with my order?

Q: Can you do my wedding flowers?

Absolutely. Email us a photo of what you’d like along with the description of what you require, the date of your wedding, the location, and where possible, your budget so we can advise feasibility. We’ll reply with a preliminary quote, and if you're happy to proceed, we’ll arrange to meet with you in store to discuss the finer details.


Q: Do you style events?

We sure do, send us an email with the description of what you’re after, the date of your event, the location, and where possible attach photos, and we’ll respond with our availability and a quote.


Q: Do you have any props I can hire?

Yes, we regularly hire our Cherry Blossom trees at discounted rates, however these need to be booked in advance. We also have large hedge trees, faux flower arches, frames, flower balls, vases, multi-size stands, and decorations available. Visit us in store to see our range.


Q: Can I set up a corporate account?

Yes, corporate accounts are available for clients wanting to make regular orders. Please call us to discuss your needs.
